Now, during that last Presidential administration the big mouths that tell us what to think found these people and their actions to be okay, the ends justified the means. Morons.

These days regular citizens show up and ask questions and get demeaned as some kind of phonies. When, in fact, the real phonies are those who won't answer and those who attack the questioners instead of also demanding answers.

The booing of half-baked answers to legitimate questions may be rude to the speaker, but it is also rude of the speaker to arrogantly fail to respond completely and honestly. Vocal disagreement is a form of communication, if the respondent will listen to only the mood he will get the point. If he tries to hear the message he can learn where the concern lies. That is discourse. Throwing pies is assault.

As I write C-Span is airing the Americans For Prosperity Foundation conference for RightOnline bloggers. It is an instructional seminar focused on helping bloggers make their point in an effective manner.

C-Span does not list it, yet, among its video search results. When they get around to providing it I will add that link.

Many great points have been made, but the one that really caught my attention is that it is absolutely imperative that bloggers get the story right. Make sure of your facts, source your reference and keep your conclusions within the facts. (I will edit and add in the speaker's name and a direct quote when a replay is available).
