What's that you say, you can't make any sense of what this crazy American is saying? I feel the same way about Kenyon Wallace and the National Post. Take the last two paragraphs, for instance, they seem to be intended to relate to one another, yet seem contradictory. As I read them, it would be outlandish for a foreign national to exercise rights guaranteed them in a landmark Canadian Supreme Court decision? I'm not up on the inside baseball curling on how the law works in Canada but it seems odd to this outsider when a foreigner is afforded protection under the CC of R and F, yet is ridiculed for exercising those same rights.
