Apparently A Proposed Oil Pipeline Means End Of World

These sincere, and thoroughly misguided people, seek to stop the construction of a pipeline carrying oil from Canada to the United States Gulf coast. Seemingly unbeknownst to them is that the oil will be brought out of the ground regardless, and may well be sent to China instead of their home nation, the U.S.A., where it will likely be burnt to produce electricity. But, they are your basic 'can't see the forest for the trees' types so of course they fail to see the big picture yet again.
