It has long been a worry for sexually active women, and back when getting a woman pregnant had implications men worried about it too. All manner of birth-control have been created and used to avoid pregnancy. Some women even go to the trouble to have a pregnancy terminated because leaving it alone leads to that it thing becoming something more. But, for all the realization that allowing an it to happen there is an awful confusion about what an it is.
